
We provide dedicated support for passengers with special requirements, including wheelchair assistance, stretcher and medical cases, and persons with disabilities (PWD). Our Passenger Services team ensures a smooth and comfortable journey from arrival through check-in and boarding.
Unaccompanied Minors (UMNR) – Children aged 6–12 travelling alone must have a confirmed UMNR booking and airline approval. Assistance will be provided throughout all airport processes until boarding and handover to the cabin crew.
Stretcher and Medical Cases – Must be pre-arranged and approved by the airline. Services are provided only for confirmed and authorised bookings, as medical clearance is required.
Advance coordination with the airline is mandatory for all special service requests.
