The 12,000 square meter Cargo Terminal Complex will include an Export and Import Terminal as well as a variety of office spaces. It will also include cranes for loading and unloading cargo, as well as modern facilities.

The current cargo terminal can handle 70,000 tonnes of cargo per year. The new cargo terminal is expected to handle 120,000 tonnes of cargo per year, which is more than half the capacity of the current cargo terminal. Expected completion date for this project is by the first quater of 2023.
